
Texas Sales and Marketing 101 for Real Estate Professionals (30 hours)
All active and inactive salespersons, who are under the Sales Agent Apprentice Education requirement, must complete a minimum of 90 hours in qualifying real estate education and 4 hours each in Legal Update I and Legal Update II for a total of 98 hours prior to the first renewal of their license.
This course satisfies 30 hours of the total 98 hour requirement.

This course is required to be successfully completed after you have passed the Texas state and national exam, and prior to the first renewal of your license.
The course is set up in a very user friendly format, and you can take it quickly and easily from the comfort of your home or office.
You can log in and out of the course 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and complete it at your own pace. The course is good for 6 months from the date of registration, and everything you need is included in the course. (i.e. no additional books required)
We provide you with a log in username and password. Once you have access to the course, you will see that it is organized into various units. Each unit is broken down into topics with an associated reading assignment.
Once you have completed each topic within a unit, there will be a unit exam to test your understanding of what you have read. You'll then proceed to the next unit and continue in the same manner.
Once all units are completed, you will get access to the final exam. A score of at least 70% is needed to pass and complete the course.
You will receive a completion certificate for your records upon completion of the course.
