I passed the Florida Sales Associate License exam after attending a half dozen cram sessions hosted Wednesday evenings, reviewing online materials, and booking two private tutoring sessions via Zoom. The study materials for the Ohio Real Estate exam is probably the only thing that helped me pass my test. I wouldn't have passed so quickly if it wasn't for this setup.

I passed my Florida state exam. It did take me a second time of doing so. However, I do feel that My Real Estate Tutor was instrumental in passing it. Taking the 100 question quizzes, is what I focused on. You really just have to read the state exam questions and either know it or eliminate the wrong answers. I would recommend this company to any new realtor. I did not finish the entire course, I just focused on the quizzes, 100 question tests, and I did do some flashcards, but that was it.

After taking the initial 63 hour classroom course (from another school), and passing the classroom test, I started to do practice exam questions. I quickly realized that the coursework did not prepare me for the state test. My Real Estate Tutor provided similar exam-type questions which helped me ace the state test.
