Start Your 28 Hour Florida Real Estate  License Reactivation Course Today!

This course is required when you have a license that has been involuntarily inactive for more than 12 months due to a failure to complete your 14 hour Continuing Education Course.  Timely and successful completion of this course will allow you to reactivate your license to a current status assuming all renewal and late fees are paid to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR).

You can take the course from the comfort of your home or office. The course is set up in a very user friendly format, which allows you to complete the course quickly and easily.

You can log in and out of the course 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and complete the course at your own pace. The course is good for 1 year from the date of registration. You do not need to purchase any additional books, because everything is included in the course itself.

We provide you with a log in username and password. Once you have access to the course you will see that it is organized into various topics. You will see topics 1, 2, 3, etc.  For each topic there is a reading assignment.

Once you have completed the reading assignment there will be a unit exam to test your understanding of what you have read. Once you’ve answered the questions for that topic you can continue on to the other topics and complete them in the same manner.

Once all the topics are completed you will get to a link that will open up your final exam. The final exam consists of 50 multiple choice questions. A score of at least 70% is needed to pass and complete the course.

We will report your course completion directly to the DBPR and email you a completion certificate for your records.  You should ensure that all fees due to the DBPR are paid in a timely manner.
