This challenge is for new real estate agents, and also for agents who have been in the business a few years, but still struggling to generate consistent income.

All you need is an internet connection, and you can participate from your home on your laptop, desktop, tablet, or mobile phone.

Challenge Goal:

To generate at least one qualified and exclusive prospect for your business prior to the completion of the challenge.

Challenge Date & Time:

Monday, October 30, 2023 - Friday, November 3, 2023.
9am - 11am EST each day.


1. We'll select 5 agents to participate in the challenge.
2. Selected participants will get access to our leads, and get training on our proven phone prospecting system to generate qualified and exclusive prospects.

Here's a summary of what you’ll learn each day on your path to generating your first qualified and exclusive prospect for your business.

Day 1 - The List & Script Introduction

Great phone prospecting results begin with a great list and script. We'll provide you with leads to call and introduce you to a simple phone script that you'll use to generate your first qualified and exclusive prospect.

Day 2 - Script Review & Role Play

It's time to practice. First, you'll get to listen in on actual live calls where the script you were introduced to on day 1 is being used to generate leads. Next, the trainer will review the script with you and the other 4 participants so you understand the key components of the script, and what makes it effective.
We end the day with a little role play, where you will learn how to deliver the script consistently and with confidence.

Day 3 - The Dialer

The days of dialing by hand are gone. Our phone prospecting system utilizes a simple, but powerful 3 line dialer that dials for you. We'll teach you how to use the dialer to generate your first qualified and exclusive prospect.

Day 4 - Call Time

It's go time! Time to take everything you learned in the first 3 days and put it to work. That's right, its time to get on the phone and start making calls.

Day 5 - Challenge Review & Results

Congratulations! You made it, and no doubt will have generated at least one qualified and exclusive prospect, probably more. We'll finish up day 5 by reviewing each participant's results, listening to recorded calls, and providing additional tips and strategies to help you sharpen your skills.
