72 Hour Broker Pre-License Course
If you have held a current real estate Sales Associate license for at least 24 months in the past 5 years, you are eligible to apply for a Florida Broker's License (2 years in Florida, or another state).
Successful completion of the 72 Hour Broker Pre-License Course is required in order to sit for the Florida Broker state exam. Passing the state exam is the final step in getting your license.

You can take the course from the comfort of your home or office. The course is set up in a very user-friendly format, which allows you to complete the course quickly and easily.
You can log in and out of the course 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and complete the course at your own pace. The course is good for 6 months from the date of registration. You do not need to purchase any additional books, because everything is included in the course itself.

At the end of each unit, there will be a unit exam to test your understanding of what you have read. Once you’ve completed the unit exam, you can continue on to other units and complete them in the same manner.
Once all the units are completed, you will have the opportunity to take a practice exam to test your knowledge before taking the actual final exam.
The final exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions. A score of at least 70% is needed to pass and complete the course.
