Congratulations on your decision to pursue a business in the real estate industry.  As with any business, there are many steps along the way that must be taken in order to get things up and running smoothly.  You must obviously start with taking the required pre-license coursework from a licensed provider, followed by exam preparation to ensure you do well on the actual exam itself.  Once you have your real estate license in your hands, it is then time to get up and running.  

However, it is at this very time that things can get confusing and challenging.  Often times, new agents find themselves holding a brand new real estate license, but then realize there is a lot they do not know, and must learn to get off to fast start in the business.

Once you have your license in your hand, we provide new Realtor training courses and webinars to ensure you get off to a fast start in the business.  Getting the right information and guidance early is a key factor in determining your long term success.  The fact is, the failure rate in the industry is pretty high, with approximately 90% of all agents leaving the business within 5 years or less.  Quite frankly, most agents leave within the first 2 years, and many never get to the first renewal of their real estate license.
