course covers Florida real estate principles, practices, and law.
After successfully completing this course, you will be given a certificate
which allows you to take the state administered Florida real estate
exam, and ultimately receive your Florida real estate license.

45 Hour Post-License
Completion of the 45 Hour Post-License course is the first course
you are required to take following the initial issue of you real estate
license. This comprehensive course builds upon the Florida real estate
principals, practices, and law you learned in your pre-license course,
as well as provide additional practical training. Your initial license
will expire within 18-24 months depending on the date you passed your
state exam. Florida law requires that you complete this course prior
to your license expiration and prior to your first license renewal.

14 Hour Continuing Education
Completion of the 14 Hour Continuing Education course is required every
2 years. This course consists of the 3 Hour Core Law requirement,
and 11 Hours of specialty credit. This course will keep you current
on new laws, as well as introduce you to various specialties in the
real estate industry.

28 Hour Reactivation Course
Completion of the 28 Hour Reactivation Course is required when you
have held a Florida real estate license in an involuntary inactive
status for more than 12 months, but less than 24 months. Successful
completion of this course will reactivate your license, and allow
you to practice real estate again.
