45 Hour Post-License Completion of the 45 Hour Post-License course is the first course you are required to take following the initial issue of you real estate license. This comprehensive course builds upon the Florida real estate principals, practices, and law you learned in your pre-license course, as well as provide additional practical training. Your initial license will expire within 18-24 months depending on the date you passed your state exam.
